What is Spc Music Format ?

Spc Music Format is "format" that uses MPEG Layer 2 compression in smf codec (Very High Quality).
It can be played with any MPEG player that supports MPEG 1 Layer 2. SMF file can be easly renamed 
to mp3 or mp2 or mpa.
